Eric Appiah
Managing Partner
Before joining BSA, Eric was an Executive Director and the co-head of IC Securities’ Capital markets team, coming from a rich background in Equity and debt structuring and financing. Prior to joining IC Securities, he was most recently the Senior Fixed Income Credit Research Analyst for Cairn Capital in London, UK. At Cairn, he was responsible for investment grade & high yield research and leverage finance loan assets. Mr. Appiah previously served as a Vice-President on the credit derivatives trading desk and in the fixed income research team at Bear Stearns. He began his career at Deutsche Bank in the Global Markets FX Margin Trading business and went on to work as a hedge fund research analyst at Fortune Asset Management in London.
Eric holds both a BSc. In Mathematics & Statistics and an MSc. in Corporate Risk & Security Management from the University of Southampton. He is registered as an Approved Person by the United Kingdom’s Financial Services Authority and is certified as a Financial Risk Manager by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Patrick Odame
Chief Executive Officer

Salihu Ibrahim Salihu
Project Manager
Salihu has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to working with Primrose, Salihu was the Project Manager for Fridoug Limited and also at Myturn Ghana Limited was the Project Coordinator & the acting Executive Director.
Salihu is a past student of the Paris Graduate School of Management and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Management Practice. He obtained a certificate in Health & Safety and HND in Building Technology at Takoradi Technical University.
Bright Asare Bediako
Finance Manager
Bright is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He also holds a BSc Business Administration (Accounting) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Kumasi Polytechnic.
Bright was the Accountant at Silver Lobster Hospitality & Management Services in Kumasi. Prior to that, he worked with the College of Engineering of the KNUST as an Accounts Officer after completing his National Service with the same institution.
Ernest Kofi Ainsoh
Real Estate Associate
Prior to joining Primrose Properties Ghana in April 2013, Ernest Kofi Ainsoh worked as an Estate Officer at Devtraco Limited managing Devtraco Courts in Tema Community 25.
Ernest has a BSc degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a MBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He’s a chartered Valuation & Estate Surveyor and a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS).
Esme Lois Sackey
Sales & Marketing Manager
Esme Lois Sackey is primrose properties, Sales and Marketing Manager. Her role sees her strategize the company’s marketing department, impacting the creativity and productivity of the business through promoting the corporate image to consumers, whilst growing the customer base. With a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, Ms Sackey has worked with a number of leading media and marketing outlets in both Ghana and in the uk. Prior to joining PPG Ms Sackey was a brand marketing advisor for Huda beauty at their Selfridges headquarters in London where she led the business development, visual merchandising and new client systems infrastructure.
With a hunger for success and with the determination for quick wins, she was able to increase the company’s revenues by 20% by exploring joint venture opportunities with companies and multinational outlets. She has managed a diverse project portfolio, including: market analysis studies, and customer satisfaction measurement.
Previous to this she held various positions as a beauty sales consultant for Dior and Chanel; luxury fashion beauty retailers in London.
Esme sackey holds a Bachelors degree in Media and promotion from University of Creative Arts London. She is also an active member of the fashion council division for fashion and design in the uk.
Kelvin Anum
Quantity Surveyor
Kelvin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS). He is currently a Quantity Surveyor/Project Cost Analyst with Primrose Properties. Prior to joining Primrose Properties, he worked as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with Berock - Building and Civil Engineering Contractors, on the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority Training Academy in Airport and with G&I Five Star Hotel Development on the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel project in Accra.
He holds a BSc. Building Technology degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST).
